When is my order arriving?

Your order should arrive in approximately 5-7 business days after shipping.

Please note that Tableware items are subject to delivery delays based on availability.

Delivery times are not guaranteed, notwithstanding additional charges, but are our best approximation and will vary with specific requests

Can I get a refund/exchange?

Your order will be accepted for refund or exchange if returned in original condition and packaging, within 30 days from the delivery date online or in store (Sabrina Monte-Carlo Arts de la Table, 42 boulevard Des Moulins, 98000 Monaco).

The returned item(s) must be accompanied by the original receipt or a copy in the case of a partial return.

Returning a product for exchange or refund is complimentary. In order to do this, please contact our customer service: customercare@sabrinamontecarlo.com

Products may be exchanged or exchanged for store credit within thirty (30) calendar days following the date of delivery.

Sabrina Monte-Carlo stores do not offer refunds for products purchased on the sabrinamontecarlo.com website.

Can I collect my order in-store?

It is possible to collect the items you have ordered on sabrinamontecarlo.com in-store. This service is currently only available in our Arts de la Table store:

While completing your order, the option of in-store collection may be offered, according to your billing address. (@guillaume, il faut rajouter cette option)

An email will be sent to you when your order is available in store.

To collect your order, please introduce yourself to a sales person when you arrive at the store.
Please bring along the email informing you of the availability of your order (printed out or on the screen of your phone)

You have 21 days to collect your order from the receipt of the e-mail informing you of its availability in store.
