Fall in Love with Your Valentine's Table

Mix & Match your tableware to create a more modern feeling, add your most beautiful crystal glasses and tea light to set your romantic atmosphere and lastly finish your table with some bow enamel napkin rings.

Valentine's Day is the perfect occasion to celebrate your loved ones but first, and foremost, an excuse to set an incredible table !
If you are planning to host a dinner, Carla: our tableware expert, shares her tips to help you set an elegant yet fun Valentine's Day table.
1. Mix and match your tableware for a more fun effect. Carla suggests using Bernardaud's Miro collection and adding bold geometric shapes and bright red with Hermes’ Bacon du Guadalquivir to create an eye-catching tablescape.
2. Use your grandest, most formal glasses. She picked her favorite glasses from Baccarat for the Massena collection to add an extra touch of elegance.
3. Add tealights, candles, or candelabras to elevate your table and give a romantic atmosphere. Carla placed the classic Mille Nuits tea lights from Baccarat and some crystal butterflies all around the table to create a beautiful and warm ambiance.
4. Napkin rings and linen napkins are a must for a more formal look. She selected enamel napkin rings in a bow shape for a whimsical touch.
5. Flowers are a great way to add color and freshness to your table. The Baccarat Infinite vases are perfect for creating beautiful and varied centerpieces. Carla recommends using a mix of red and light pink flowers to create a romantic and festive mood.
6. Choose your tablecloth or placemats carefully. A simple and elegant white tablecloth can create a perfect backdrop for your Valentine's Day table setting but you can also have fun with colored placemats. Carla’s table did not any placemats as the Baxter white onyx detail gave a pure look.
7. Don't forget the details! Carla recommends using heart-shaped place cards, anything with flowers, ribbons or hearts as table decor but be careful not make it cheesy ! Any paper or balloon decorations should be avoided.
These tips will help you create an elegant yet fun Valentine's Day table that will impress your guests and create a romantic atmosphere. Remember to have fun and enjoy the evening with your loved ones!
